Bees, why all the bees?

‘I’ll Tell the Bees’ is an ongoing collection that focuses of the fragility and resilience of nature. Asking questions about conservation and how humans (and all life) is impacted by each other; specifically the small unassuming creatures that play a huge role in the ecosystem but whose importance is often overlooked. Life and Death is a recurring theme with reciprocity as a main focus of life cycles.

The inspiration:

Bee’s, obviously. I find them endlessly fascinating. As pollinators they help grow flowers and food. As creatures they create little ecosystems in which they flourish. I speak of all bees - native bees, bumble bees, solitary bees and honey bees too!

Sneaky little political peices that I hope will remind us all how important these creatures are to our planet and ecosystems. We need the bees, we need the pollinators - lets treat all earths creatures (and plants too!) with respect.
